We are a dynamic and constantly evolving company. Our headquarters covers an area of 4,500 square meters covered, including 1,500 square meters dedicated to the molding department, equipped with 28 presses with capacities between 50 and 400t.

Production according to Manzoni SMP

    The sampling and testing phase is carried out in close collaboration with the customer, to refine the product and ensure compliance with the required specifications and fine tuning of the final product.
  • Injection moulding for efficient production
    The production of your plastic components is carried out using high-tech machinery that uses the injection molding process. We guarantee high standards of quality and productivity, meeting the needs of each customer.
  • Custom assembly and finishing
    We offer a wide range of finishes for your plastic products including screen printing, pad printing, hot engraving, painting, chrome plating and assemblies for a high quality custom aesthetic result.
  • Strict quality controls for certified products
    Our quality controls, certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001, guarantee the high standard of our products and their compliance with current regulations.
  • Logistics and delivery
    Our warehouse consists of an entrance area for the storage of materials of 700 sqm and a separate area for the finished product of 1,800 sqm. All the warehouses are organised in boxes, managed by our management software with FIFO rules.
