The mold design phase is critical to the success of the final product. Our engineers actively collaborate with customers to define the technical characteristics of the mold, optimizing the design for maximum functionality and productivity.

The production department of 1,500 square meters has 28 presses of the latest generation (from 50 to 400 tons), all equipped with control units for the thermoregulation of molds, electronic control of hot channels and drying plants and dehumidification of materials. For tonnage some presses are equipped with manipulators.

For production planning, we use the Arburg ALS management software which allows us to plan, monitor and control the entire production process. Through optimal order planning and the ability to virtually simulate the production process, we are able to significantly reduce machine setup and start-up times and increase overall production efficiency. We identify any critical issues by ensuring optimal use of available resources. This results in a reduction of waste and an increase in productivity resulting in lower costs.
