The mold design phase is crucial for the success of the final product. Our technicians work closely with clients to define the mold’s technical characteristics, optimizing the design for maximum functionality and productivity.

The 1,500 m² production department is equipped with 28 state-of-the-art presses (50 to 400 tons), all fitted with units for mold temperature control, electronic hot-runner channel monitoring, and material drying and dehumidification systems. For higher tonnages, some presses are equipped with manipulators.

For production planning, we use the Arburg ALS management software, which allows us to plan, monitor, and control the entire production process. Through optimal order scheduling and the ability to simulate the production process virtually, we can significantly reduce setup and machine startup times and increase overall production efficiency. We identify any critical issues, ensuring optimal use of available resources. This translates into waste reduction and increased productivity, resulting in lower costs.
