Le nostre azioni per l’ambiente

  • Photovoltaic system: through the installation of 970 square meters of panels and an installed power of 170 kW, we produce 190,000 kWh annually that meets 20% of the annual energy needs of the company, reducing CO2 emissions and environmental impact.
  • Low-consumption presses: All presses and auxiliary equipment are equipped with inverters and we are proceeding to the installation of fully electric low-energy presses to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
  • LED lighting: The entire 4,500 square meter site is equipped with LED lighting to further optimize energy savings and improve the working environment.
  • 100% recycling of production waste: through an internal recirculation system we are able to process the production waste again, eliminating the environmental impact and making maximum use of resources.
  • Recycled materials: at the request of the customer, Manzoni SMP produces products printed with certified percentages of recycled materials, contributing to the circular economy.

Through the experience gained in the use of biobased and compostable materials, such as PHA and PLA, from renewable sources and low environmental impact we have developed a deep knowledge of biobased and compostable materials, Offering its customers innovative and sustainable solutions.
